Village Ski Hut makes every effort to ensure information and images are correct and accurate, however, we cannot guarantee that product information and images are error-free. If an error is noticed, we will correct it as soon as possible. Weights are a close approximation.

If there has been a mistake on the price of a product or the availability of a product, Village Ski Hut reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for that product (s). The price of a product will be verified prior to charging a payment method. If the price is lower than shown on our website, we will charge the lower amount. If the price is higher, we will contact you prior to capturing payment.

Village Ski Hut does not sell goods to children under the age of 18. We may sell children's products to be purchased by adults.

Effort is made to ensure your order arrives on time. Shipping is through a third-party courier company and is subject to their contracts which include email and text updates for tracking. Village Ski Hut is not responsible for goods lost, damaged, or stolen once they have been shipped.
